Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on travel duffel bags that show signs of use or have been packed with personal items. All other luggage categories (carry-on, lightweight, rolling, spinner, and underseat luggage) are eligible for returns when conditions are met.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  3. Receive Instructions: We’ll email you return authorization and shipping instructions within 24-48 hours

  5. Wait for Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect your return and process within 3 business days

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
