Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
Standard Shipping – $12.95
• Carrier: DHL or FedEx
• Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
• Carrier: EMS
• Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable.
International Shipping
We ship globally (excluding certain remote areas). Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our premium travel gear with a straightforward return policy. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Travel duffel bags that show signs of use or have been packed with personal items
All other luggage categories (carry-on, lightweight, rolling, spinner, and underseat luggage) are eligible when conditions are met.
Return Process

- Provide Details: Include your order number and reason for return
- Receive Instructions: We’ll email return authorization and shipping info within 24-48 hours
- Ship Your Item: Pack securely in original packaging with all tags attached
- Wait for Processing: We inspect returns and process within 3 business days of receipt
Exchange Process
For exchanges (subject to availability):
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate your preferred replacement item
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
- Customer is responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
Refund Information
After we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Processed within 3-5 business days
- Method: Refunded to original payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Notification: You’ll receive email confirmation
Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your luggage arrives damaged:
